Ice Box Gallery is an urban arts community initiative: fostering, curating, and showcasing the abundant artistic talent that is to be found in the Railtown neighbourhood, as well as building a community through artful means. This initiative was conceived by Brian C Cyr and aided by the curatorial vision of Emmanuel St Juste.

Ice Box Gallery was formerly known as Gallery 321. The new name has been adopted to reflect the history of the building that the gallery is housed in – as cool storage for the fish industry.
